Free Coaching at the Live Healthy Expo

The Silicon Valley Coach Federation (SVCF) will be on hand during the Live Healthy Expo to give free laser coaching sessions to attendees. Laser coaching is a fast-paced, 15-minute session designed to get right to the heart of the matter and solution.
The Live Healthy Expo is the premier health & wellness event for the entire family in the Silicon Valley. At one location, attendees will learn first hand about alternative approaches to health and wellness, gain nutritional guidance, participate in Yoga, Pilates and fitness demonstrations, learn about energy efficiency and living green, watch healthy cooking demonstrations, attend lectures from industry health and wellness experts, sample great food, get free massages and try tons of free products. The Live Healthy Expo connects people who are interested in making a positive difference both in their lives and in their communities.
The SVCF is proud to be a part of the Live Healthy Expo and support our community, especially during this time of uncertainty. “In these tumultuous times, it can be very comforting to know there is someone on your side,” says SVCF President Linda Brown. “A professional coach is just that, your ace in the hole, champion, cheerleader, and soothing presence to ‘breathe a sigh of relief’ with.”
Coaching is a new and exciting field in the personal and professional development arena. The International Coach Federation (ICF) says, “Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” There will be a variety of coaching experts at the Live Healthy Expo including coaches focusing on Life, Career, Relationship, Family, Transition, Spirituality, and Health.
