I’m so excited about joining the on-line book club reading The Joy Diet by Martha Beck. I’ve already read this book two times from cover to cover. Now I embark on my third reading. Yeah, this book really is that powerful. In fact, Martha Beck is one of my Life Coaching Heroes. I love how simple, clear, and funny her writing is.
