What does being a strong woman mean to you?

Today I do not have the bandwidth to dazzle you with my wit and charm. Oy. So instead I invite you to visit one of my favorite blogs Renegade Conversations by Ronna Detrick. Today she said:
“What does it look like for a strong woman to live with ambiguity? It’s not easy, that’s for sure. Despite our claims that we understand the world is not black and white, that nothing is simple, that life is complex, truth-be-told we still want all these things.
Being a strong woman, at least in part, means that we are called to live with ambiguity; that we use our capacity, our wisdom, our bandwidth, our emotion, our heads, and our hearts to hold oft’ conflicting realities.”
She goes on to beautifully highlight some of those conflicting realities. I invite you to click through, read her blog post, and comment about what being a strong woman means to you.
Quite frankly, I don’t feel very strong today so it would be really helpful to read your thoughts, ideas, and insights.

p.s. This is the new blog post I found to comment on today. It was just what I needed! I’m so glad I’m doing the companion challenge.
