Woohoo! I can’t wait to share with you all of my strategies and best tips. I’ll kick off the call with some content about how I use these super powerful tools in my coaching practice and then open it up for your questions. So if you are new to social media or are wondering how to get the most out of it without going crazy, then you absolutely must join us for this call. It’s so easy to participate. Phone Guidelines
- When you share, begin by saying your name so that we know who is talking.
- Do not speak when someone else is speaking.
- Share your thoughts when you feel safe and inspired to do so.
- Silence is okay. This is probably one of the most challenging aspects of a telephone coaching call for new participants. Know that in our coaching space we get to be silent and still with one another. Remember to speak when there is something you’d like to share that contributes to our learning.

If you were to look at Coach Cassandra Rae's past on paper you would think that she'd be living in the projects and on welfare. In fact, there were many a peeps who told her just that. You see, her life has taken her through domestic violence, homelessness, the welfare system, teenage pregnancy, miscarriage, divorce, drugs, and abortion. And yet, she has risen above it all. As a single mother, she put herself through Hartnell College and the University of California, Berkeley. She has learned how to turn all of her life's challenges into stepping stones. Today she thrives with her husband and daughter in Sunnyvale, California where she runs her own Life Coaching Practice. She is one of the most unexpected and successful FEMpreneurs on the planet.
