The Beginning of my Law of Attraction Journey

I’m so excited to share with you that I’m attending an Abraham-Hicks workshop this coming weekend!  Have you heard of the Non-Physical Entity called Abraham?  It’s really out there and yet totally fascinating at the same time.  Living, breathing, and working in the coaching realm I first heard of Abraham-Hicks and the Law of Attraction a number of years ago.  But, it never really meant anything to me…until recently.

A couple of months back my spiritual community was hosting a book club on The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent: Living the Art of Allowing.  I thought, “Oh that’s nice.  I don’t have time for that,” and went on with my business.

Then the book came up in a discussion.

Then it came up in a meditation when I was asking for guidance.

And I started to wonder if I should read the book.  The book club had already ended, but something within me kept nudging me toward it.  I even traded in a whole bunch of books to receive store credit at Book Buyers to get the book.  But, they didn’t have it in stock.  So one Sunday after service I waited in line to purchase the book from the retail center – they had a couple of copies left from the book club.

I’m telling you this book called to me and I’m so grateful it did.  I have now read it twice over and taken meticulous hand notes in my journal because it literally transformed my life.  The message is simple and powerful.  A message that I have been arriving at in my own experience and studies.

I can’t wait to meet Esther & Jerry Hicks in person. Stay tuned as I continue to share what the experience was like and what I’m learning.  Here’s to being wonderful, powerful, and joyful creators!Cassandra Rae

    Is this their original Abraham-Hicks book or was there another before it? I've heard of it before, but was engrossed in Louise Hay's work. Will be interested to hear your continuing adventures. PS, Loving the new affiliate links. They're coming to our blog too. :-)

    Nope, it's not the original Abraham-Hicks book – that might be Ask & It is Given – although they have so many now who can keep up?!

    At first I didn't know what you meant by “affiliate links” but I'm guessing you mean the social bookmarking buttons. Yeah, I love the plugin my web designer installed. It's called “Sexy bookmarks.” I saw it on another blog and was like, “I have to have that plugin!” Can't wait to see it on your blog.

    I'm listening to their audiobooks and audioconferences for a year now and it changed my life! It is so well explained, filled with love and so simple that you cannot act or think the same way after reading or listening to their messages. A must!

    One day, I'll attend a workship with them. One day.
