		<description>You did awesome this morning, exercise really does trigger release of endorphins and works out stress hormones. Good for you for doing it , even when you don&#039;t feel like it!  I try to give my soul time to speak about why I am feeling grumpy...and then listen, then do something good for me! It usually works, sometimes I just need to tell those close to me, I am grumpy and today would not be a great day for &quot;fill in the blank&quot;.</description>
