In this 3 month group coaching program I have taken the best of what I’ve learned in personal, professional, and spiritual development and am delivering both content and coaching for you. You will have the opportunity to:
- Receive personalized coaching from me and the support of the group
- Learn a step-by-step process to connect with your calling & your clients
- Brainstorm solutions & marketing ideas specific to your business
- Tap into the wisdom of other like-hearted fempreneurs, and
- Connect with a community of people who consistently take inspired & fearless action
How does it work?
The overall structure is:
- 4 participants per group
- 3 month commitment {we meet the first 3 weeks of each month for 3 months}
- 90 minute weekly sessions over the phone
- Weekly lesson & practice assignments
- On-line forum
We meet in small groups of 4 participants for 90 minutes once a week for 9 weeks. We begin each session with a new lesson and then each person receives one-on-one coaching from me and the support of the group.
The Power of Group Coaching
Group coaching is my favorite way of connecting both as a coach and a client because there is tremendous power in seeing others going through the same thing you are. So often it feels like you’re the only one; that others can do it all and more with little to no problems. The truth is we all have our challenges, fears, and doubts and when you share them they no longer have the power to stop you. The bottom line is having 4 other people believe in you and your dreams is simply stronger than having 1 other person. On one level it’s just about the numbers and let’s use it to our advantage!
