Rock Out Your 30 Second Intro

Earlier this week I went to a networking luncheon and I came up with a new 30 second intro that highlighted 3 ways to tell if you are getting in your own way and here they are:

You keep saying things like, “I’ll get to that next week,” and you don’t,
You spend way too much time [...]
